This course is for staff whose service has been risk assessed as requiring Verbal Interventions, and who have attended a face to face Verbal Intervention course in the last 2 years'.
Once you have completed the eLearning course you must complete a 2.5 hour trainer-led session over Zoom within six weeks. This can be booked via the booking site. When you have completed both the eLearning course and the trainer-led session you will be considered trained.
