This course is to help ensure that you have the necessary knowledge to help stop or prevent potential harm or abuse occurring within any of the Turning Point Scotland services you work in.

Data and Information Management

Turning Point Scotland has a duty to manage personal data and information in relation to staff and service users effectively and securely. This duty is the responsibility of all staff who are involved in collating, processing or filing information. This course is aimed at all levels of staff who handle staff or service user personal information.

Management of Actual & Potential Aggression - Recap

This recap course is for staff who have attended a MAPA® Theory or MAPA Disengagement course between 6 weeks to 15 months ago.

This is a refresher course - you must have previously attended or completed an online full People Moving People Theory course.

The course will make clear the knowledge and skills that are required to enable you to carry out your job in a safe and effective manner, whilst complying with current legislation.
