Crisis Prevention Institute - Safety Intervention (Refresher)

This course is for staff whose service has been risk assessed as requiring Verbal Interventions, and who have attended a face to face Verbal Intervention course in the last 2 years'.

Data Protection Awareness

The purpose of this course is to enhance your understanding and awareness of the key changes to data protection legislation that have come about with the introduction of GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018 that came into affect 25th May 2018.

This course aims to reduce the risk of musculoskeletal injuries that can be caused by poor manual handling in the workplace.
